What Makes A Good Focus Group Venue?

A successful focus group requires more than a room with one-way glass, it needs a top-tier facility. The focus group environment is crucial and determines whether a focus group delivers meaningful insights or inaccurate results. EmCee Research’s flagship New Orleans research suite is an industry-leading facility designed for reliable data collection. From the moment participants and clients arrive, our experienced research staff provides a warm welcome in a comfortable, modern setting. With professionally designed spaces and advanced amenities, our facility enhances participant engagement and enables researchers to gather high-quality data that drive actionable decisions.

Location, Location, Location

EmCee Research’s New Orleans headquarters is easily accessible by car and public transit. Our research suite is near the Superdome providing clients and participants an easy landmark to locate our facility. The downtown location minutes from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in a walkable business district accessible by New Orleans streetcars with hotels and restaurants for visiting clients and participants.

Collecting data

A focus group’s objective is to collect actionable data, and EmCee Research’s world class facility makes gathering high quality data easy. A large client viewing room is attached to each focus room and includes plush, comfortable chairs for clients while they observe the group through one way glass. We record every focus group with high quality video and audio that can be monitored in every viewing room, including overflow viewing rooms, and that are provided to the client for additional review after the focus group session.

Comfort is key

Comfortable people provide better data. Our spacious, well-lit focus rooms include ergonomic seating that can be configured to a client’s individual requirements. EmCee Research’s experienced team regularly arranges our focus rooms as living rooms or conference rooms, or with classroom-style seating. Each setup can include space for participants to engage with physical products or to sample food or beverages.

Flexibility

A flexible facility is as much about the people as it is about being able to move furniture to meet a research project’s unique needs. During focus groups, EmCee Research always has an experienced manager on-site with the authority to meet the client’s changing requirements. The manager can address last minutes supplies, number of participants per group and specific layout changes including adding audiovisual and writing materials to the focus room.

EmCee Research’s New Orleans facility is professionally designed to meet the needs of any focus group and to provide the reliable insights that drive business decisions. Schedule a virtual tour of our research suite to see how our expert team can create the ideal environment for your research needs.
