New Orleans, LA

New Orleans’s rich cultural traditions including the Louisiana Creole and Cajun groups with multicultural influence results in focus groups providing quality feedback with culturally resonant insights. The city is one of the country’s most educated mid-sized cities, with nearly half of the population possessing bachelor’s degree and nearly 19% holding a graduate or professional degree. But educational attainment is not equal across the city’s different racial populations, nearly three quarters of White residents completed a bachelor’s degree or higher, compared to a quarter of the city’s Black residents and less than half of the city’s Hispanic population.

Strategically located near the tourism-dependent Gulf Coast, the city provides insights into the tourism and hospitality and food and beverage industries that are unmatched anywhere in the country. This location makes it a hub for workers and executives in the oil, gas and energy industries and the city’s population provides clear and actionable opinions on the industries’ concerns. The city’s history of floods and natural disasters make it an essential city to understand disaster preparedness, insurance and public opinion on government services and public health.
