We host the group and arrange the space to deliver the most reliable results and provide experienced focus group moderators to guide the conversation. Our offsite in-person focus groups all have the same high quality facilities as at our New Orleans research suite. We select rooms based on the hotel’s conditions the day of the focus group to ensure we are away from any loud events like weddings or external walls that face busy roads. Each hotel setup includes AV professionals with cameras, high quality sound recording and lighting. The video feed is transmitted to a viewing room with monitors, speakers and headphones as well as to primary and backup recording devices.
